"the sons of God had intercourse with women"

In those days, and for some time after, giant Nephilites lived on the earth, for whenever the sons of God had intercourse with women, they gave birth to children who became the heroes and famous warriors of ancient times. (Genesis 6:4)

The LORD saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. (Genesis 6:5)

------------------------

Did you notice anything unusual? Read both verses carefully. Verse 4 speaks of the “sons of God having intercourse with the women of earth”, whereas in verse 5 Yahweh is condemning the humans for their wickedness on earth. Why did not Yahweh condemn the actions of the sons of God (i.e. Angels) for having illegitimate sex with women? Yahweh had no problem for a bunch of angels to come down on earth have sexual relation with women, impregnate them and fly away. Here’s another contradictory statement by Yahweh.

A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD. (Deuteronomy 23:2)

If a bastard is “not allowed to enter the congregation of the lord”. Why then did Yahweh allow those angels “sons of God” to have sexual intercourse with women and produce giants of old. Does this not show having illegitimate was not a great concern to Yahweh, then wickedness on earth by human?

If the “sons of God” (Angels) where allowed to have sex at their will, why then do Christians get aggravated when we say sex is allowed in paradise? if having sex was such a taboo then, why did Yahweh not condemn those angels.

According to the Midrash Yahweh was inclined by two angels that they should go down on earth an show man how to live and sanctify God. surprisingly  Yahweh accepted their request.

The Midrash relates that when the generation of the Floodwent astray, G‑d began to regret having created man. Then two angels, Shamchazai and Azael, came before G‑d and said, “Did we not warn You before You created man, saying, ‘What is man, that You should be mindful of him?’” G‑d replied: “Then what shall become of the world?” “We will suffice instead,” they replied. G‑d answered, “I know that would you live on that world, the evil inclination would rule you just as much as it controls man, but you would be even worse.” But the angels persisted, saying: “Let us descend to the world of men, and we will show You how we will sanctify your name.” And G‑d said: “Go down and dwell among them.”
Sure enough, as soon as the angels descended, their evil inclination overpowered them. When they saw the beautiful “daughters of man,” they became corrupted and sinned with them. They and their descendants are the nephilim, the giants and mighty ones referred to later on in the narrative.

This Midrash can be found with variations in a number of places in the Talmud and Midrash, including Talmud, Yoma 67b; Targum Yonatan ben Uziel to Genesis 6:4; Pirkei d’Rabbi Eliezer 22; Zohar 1:37a; and Yalkut Shimoni, Bereishit, remez 44. See also Torah SheleimahGenesis 6:1–4, for additional citations.

There are other Midrash explanation of this subject which can be referred to. Whatever the case, the fact Yahweh did not condemn the actions of those angels say’s a lot.
