The Quran refutes their claims

The Quran refutes all allegations made against Jesus Pbuh in the New Testament.  There is no question unanswered by Allah Swt in the Quran which Christians use from their bible. Below is a list of those verses which Christians throw on Muslims not knowing the Quran has already refuted and answered them. Though the divinity of Christ is not found in the New Testament, Christians tend to twist many sayings they claim was made by Jesus claiming he was God.

Christians claim Jesus was God.

Quran answers by the following verse that Jesus Pbuh is not God:

Indeed they are disbelievers who say, ‘Surely, Allah is none but the Messiah, son of Mary,’ whereas the Messiah himself said, ‘O children of Israel, worship Allah Who is my Lord and your Lord.’ Surely, whoso associates partners with Allah, him has Allah forbidden Heaven, and the Fire will be his resort. And the wrongdoers shall have no helpers. (Surah 5:72)

Christians claim Jesus was the son of God.

Quran answers  by the following verses that Jesus Pbuh Is not the son of God:

The Jews said, “Ezra is the son of God,” and the Christians said, “The Messiah is the son of God.” These are their statements, out of their mouths. They emulate the statements of those who blasphemed before. May God assail them! How deceived they are! (Surah 9:30)

And to warn those who say, “God has begotten a son. ”They have no knowledge of this, nor did their forefathers. Grave is the word that comes out of their mouths. They say nothing but a lie. (Surah 18:4-5)

He to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, who took to Himself no son, who never had a partner in His kingship; who created everything and determined its measure. (Surah 25:2)

And they say, “The Most Merciful has taken to himself a son.” Be He glorified; they are but honored servants. (Surah 21:26)

Christians claim Jesus gave life to the dead and healed people.

Quran answers by the following verse that Jesus was given permission by Allah Swt to perform such acts:

“And will make him a Messenger to the children of Israel (to say): ‘I come to you with a Sign from your Lord, which is, that I will fashion out for you a creation out of clay after the manner of a bird, then I will breathe into it a new spirit and it will become a soaring being by the command of Allah; and I will heal the night-blind and the leprous, and I will quicken the dead, by the command of Allah; and I will announce to you what you will eat and what you will store up in your houses. Surely, therein is a Sign for you, if you be believers. (Surah 3:50)

Christians claim Jesus was crucified.

Quran answers by the following verse that Jesus Pbuh was not killed nor crucified:

And their saying, ‘We did kill the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah;’ whereas they slew him not, nor crucified him, but he was made to appear to them like one crucified; and those who differ therein are certainly in a state of doubt about it; they have no definite knowledge thereof, but only follow a conjecture; and they did not convert this conjecture into a certainty; (Surah 4:157)

Christians claim Jesus was resurrected after his crucifixion.

Quran answers by the following verses that Jesus Pbuh was raised up:

 Rather, God raised him up to Himself. God is Mighty and Wise.

There is none from the People of the Scripture but will believe in him before his death, and on the Day of Resurrection he will be a witness against them. (Surah 4 158-19)

Christians claim Jesus is the only way to attain salvation.

Quran answers by the following verse that Jesus Pbuh is not the only way:

These are the limits set by Allah. Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, He will admit him to gardens beneath which rivers flow, where he will live forever. That is a great success. (Surah 4:13)

Christians claim Jesus came for the sins of mankind?

Quran answers by the following verse no one takes the burden of another

That no soul bears the burdens of another soul. (Surah 53:38)

Say, “Am I to seek a Lord other than God, when He is the Lord of all things?” No soul gets except what it is due, and no soul bears the burdens of another. Then to your Lord is your return, then He will inform you regarding your disputes. (Surah 6:164)

No burdened soul can carry the burden of another. Even if one weighted down calls for help with its burden, nothing can be lifted from it, even if they were related. You are to warn those who fear their Lord inwardly, and perform the prayer. He who purifies himself purifies himself for his own good. To God is the ultimate return. (Surah 35:18)

Christians claim Jesus is unique and no one is like him.

Quran answers by the following verse that Jesus Pbuh is a human like Adam Pbuh:

The likeness of Jesus in God’s sight is that of Adam: He created him from dust, then said to him, “Be,” and he was. (Surah 3:59)

Christians claim, Jesus allowed people to worship him.

Quran answers by the following verse that no Messengers allowed themselves to be worshipped:

 No person to whom God has given the Scripture, and wisdom, and prophethood would ever say to the people, “Be my worshipers rather than God’s.” Rather, “Be people of the Lord, according to the Scripture you teach, and the teachings you learn.” (Surah 3:79)

Nor could he order you to take the angels and prophets as lords. Would he order you to disbelief after you had been Muslims? (Surah 3:80)

Christian claim God is three in one (triune).

Quran answers by the following verses that God is not three but, One:

   

O People of the Scripture! Do not exaggerate in your religion, and do not say about God except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, is the Messenger of God, and His Word that He conveyed to Mary, and a Spirit from Him. So believe in God and His messengers, and do not say, "Three." Refrain—it is better for you. God is only one God. Glory be to Him—that He should have a son. To Him belongs everything in the heavens and the earth, and God is a sufficient Protector. (Sura 4:171)

They disbelieve those who say, "God is the third of three." But there is no deity except the One God. If they do not refrain from what they say, a painful torment will befall those among them who disbelieve. (Surah 5:73)

If He wills, He can do away with you, and produce a new creation. And that would not be difficult for God. (Surah 35:16-17)

He has no fear of consequences. (Surah 91:15)

They disbelieve those who say, “God is the Christ, the son of Mary.” Say, “Who can prevent God, if He willed, from annihilating the Christ son of Mary, and his mother, and everyone on earth?” To God belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and what is between them. He creates whatever He wills, and God has power over everything. (Surah 5:17)

If God was triune, i.e. the Messiah was one part of him, why then would he say “Who can prevent God, if He willed, from annihilating the Christ son of Mary, and his mother, and everyone on earth?”. How can God destroy a part of him, unless he was not a part in the first place. Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (Surah 112:1-4)

Christians claim the Bible has never been changed.

Quran answers by the following verses that the Jews have altered the text:

Can ye (o ye men of Faith) entertain the hope that they will believe in you?- Seeing that a party of them heard the Word of Allah, and perverted it knowingly after they understood it… Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands, and then say:"This is from Allah," to traffic with it for miserable price!- Woe to them for what their hands do write, and for the gain they make thereby. (Quran 2:75,79)

There is among them a section who distort the Book with their tongues: (As they read) you would think it is a part of the Book, but it is no part of the Book; and they say, "That is from Allah," but it is not from Allah: It is they who tell a lie against Allah, and (well) they know it! (Quran 3:78) 

And they measure not the power of Allah its true measure when they say: Allah hath naught revealed unto a human being. Say (unto the Jews who speak thus): Who revealed the Book which Moses brought, a light and guidance for mankind, which ye have put on parchments which ye show, but ye hide much (thereof), and (by which) ye were taught that which ye knew not yourselves nor (did) your fathers (know it)? Say: Allah. Then leave them to their play of cavilling. (Surah 6:91)

Christians promote Christianity and want all Muslims to become Christians.

Quran answers by the following verses that Islam is the only true religion:

Surely, the true religion with Allah is Islam (complete submission). And those who were given the Book did not disagree but after knowledge had come to them, out of mutual envy. And whoso denies the Signs of Allah, then surely, Allah is quick at reckoning. (Surah 3:20)

And whoso seeks a religion other than Islam, it shall not be accepted from him, and in the life to come he shall be among the losers. (Surah 3:86)

Christian claim the Bible is the word of God.

The Quran is a Guardian, a Watcher, a Controller, a Supervisor, a Master over the previous scriptures:

And We revealed to you the Book, with truth, confirming the Scripture that preceded it, and superseding it. So judge between them according to what God revealed, and do not follow their desires if they differ from the truth that has come to you. For each of you We have assigned a law and a method. Had God willed, He could have made you a single nation, but He tests you through what He has given you. So compete in righteousness. To God is your return, all of you; then He will inform you of what you had disputed. (Surah 5:48)

Brothers and Sisters please remember the Quran has answers to all their claims against Jesus Pbuh. There are many more verses in the Quran refuting all their lie's. Always refer to the Quran. Even if they have a written piece of manuscript by Jesus himself, for us Muslims the Words of Allah Swt is far more superior. We reject anything which speaks against the Quran.  Quran is number one then Sahih Hadith.

Remember whenever they use their bible to prove a point use the Quran to answer. If they can use a false book, what's stopping you to use the true Furqan the Quran against them?

Word from Allah

Word from Allah. What is the Word? The Word is Qun (Be)

 In this case the word Qun (Be) is the subject and Jesus is the object. The Word Qun (Be) caused the object (Jesus) to become thus, Jesus is not the Word of Allah rather a Word from Allah, and that word is Qun (Be)

We must make that distinction. Saying he is the Word of Allah can conjure-up a different picture for the layman and non-Muslims. They may say he is a part of Allah and his attributes since he is the Word of Allah & so forth. The translation is, a Word from Allah.

 Don't give them a translation which does not suit its meaning.
