Question posed by christians only backfires on them!!!

Question posed by Christians only backfires on them!!!

--------------

Christians apologists often bring up the Surah 9:30 from the Quran, where Allah Swt informs us how the Jews called Ezra the son of God, and how Christians call Jesus the son of God. They specifically focus on Ezra saying nowhere do we find in the Bible that Jews called Ezra the son of God?

----------------

Firstly, correction the Quran is referring to a specific group of Jews, they were the Jews from Yamen who claimed that Ezra was the son of God, so it wasn't all the Jews only specifc..

There is historical evidence that Jews did refer to Ezra as the son of Allah: the Encyclopaedia Judaica states, "H. Z. Hirschberg proposed another assumption, based on the words of Ibn Hazm, namely, that the 'righteous who live in Yemen believed that 'Uzayr was indeed the son of Allah.' According to other Muslim sources, there were some Yemenite Jews who had converted to Islam who believed that Ezra was the messiah. For Muhammad, Ezra, the apostle of messiah, can be seen in the same light as the Christian saw Jesus, the messiah, the son of Allah." Encyclopaedia Judaica, Ibid., p. 1108."

Secondly to make matters worse, we read in Ezra and Nehemiah According to the Hebrew Bible he returned from the Babylonian exile and reintroduced the Torah in Jerusalem.  Your very bible the NT says in Romans 8:14, anyone led by the spirit of God is a son of god? And since Ezra was one of the reason the Torah was revived surely he should be classed as a son of God right?

Talmud tells us It has been taught: R. Jose said: Had Moses not preceded him, Ezra would have been worthy of receiving the Torah for Israel. Of Moses it is written, And Moses went up unto God(Sanhedrin 21b)

-------------------

Now let's use the same method Christians use and twist it back on them :

So the Pharisees said to one another, "See, this is getting us nowhere. Look how the WHOLE WORLD has gone after him! (John 12:19)

seriously the "WHOLE WORLD" went after Jesus ? Do you see how Christians fall into a dilemma if we was going to switch it back on them.  Now if we ask did the Whole World really go after him, naturally the answer from them will be NO!"it was a small group or people from the region a local area not the entire world". Why should we accept your explanation whilst you don't accept ours?

Second Dilemma

Our ancestors worshiped on this mountain, but you Jews claim that the place where we must worship is in Jerusalem." (John 4:20)

The above is a dialoug between Jesus and the Samaritan lady. Notice her saying, YOU JEWS claim that the place of worship is in Jerusalem. can Christians tell us, which Jews said place of worship is in Jerusalem Exclusively?

Third Dillemma

And Mordecai wrote these things, and sent letters unto all the Jews that were in all the provinces of the king Ahasuerus, both nigh and far, (Esther 9:20)

Seriously Mordecai wrote letters to ALL THE JEWS?

Forth Dilemma

For you, brothers, became imitators of the churches of God in Christ Jesus that are in Judea. For you suffered the same things from your own countrymen as they did from the Jews,f 15who killed both the Lord Jesus and the prophets, and drove us out, and displease God and oppose all mankind (1 thessalonians 2:14-15)

Perhaps the most interesting passage to backfire on them. According to Paul the Jews Killed Jesus? Seriously the Jews killed Jesus? We shall leave that with you to Deal with.

When Christians say no Jews took Ezra as the Son of God ask them the above Questions!

---------------------

this Ezra went up from Babylonia. He was a scribe skilled in the Law of Moses that the LORD, the God of Israel, had given, and the king granted him all that he asked, for the hand of the LORD his God was on him. (Ezra 7:6)

Ezra had the hand of God on him, i.e. God was with him always.  Here's what Paul said about such people

anyone led by the spirit of God is a son of god. (Romans 8:14)

Thus, according to Paul and those who follow him Ezra was the son of God, since God's hand was on him Ezra 7:6. not only that, Ezra possessed God's wisdom

And you, Ezra, in accordance with the wisdom of your God, which you possess, appoint magistrates and judges to administer justice to all the people of Trans-Euphrates--all who know the laws of your God. And you are to teach any who do not know them. (Ezra 7:25)

Think about it, Paul is blatant enough to class any tom, dick and harry as the son of God who claims to be led by the Spirit of God. What makes you say Ezra is less different?

a simple question do you believe all the prophets in the bible were the sons of God? you bragged Christians are the sons of god

----------------------------

Jesus replied, “And why do you break the command of God for the sake of your tradition? For God said: ‘Honor your father and mother’ and‘Anyone who curses his father or mother must be put to death.’  But you say that if anyone declares that what might have been used to help their father or mother is 'devoted to God,'  they are not to 'honor their father or mother' with it. Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition. (Matthew 15:3-6)

Jesus was condemning the Jews after they called out his disciples for not washing their hands before eating. Jesus in response accuses the Jews for not following the Law of God, but rather change it for the sake of traditions?

this is a serious accusation made by Jesus, which Muslims have been saying for hundreds of years. Notice how Jesus said, "Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition." Jesus himself is testifying the Jews changed the words of God.

Now if Christians say the Jews didn't change the word of God, then they have to accept Jesus was lying. If they believe they did, then show us where did the Jews say  'Whoever shall say to the father or mother, "Whatever you might be profited by me is a gift," Which Jews in history ever said those words?

Jesus replied, “And why do you break the command of God for the sake of your tradition? For God said: ‘Honor your father and mother’ and‘Anyone who curses his father or mother must be put to death.’  But you say that if anyone declares that what might have been used to help their father or mother is 'devoted to God,'  they are not to 'honor their father or mother' with it. show us where did the Jews say  'Whoever shall say to the father or mother, "Whatever you might be profited by me is a gift," Which Jews in history ever said those words?

Chris Claus : can you show us historically from any sources, where Jews called Ezra the son of God? as mentioned in Surah 9:30

Muslim : Sure, let me quote from Encyclopaedia Judaica :

There is historical evidence that Jews did refer to Ezra as the son of Allah: the Encyclopaedia Judaica states, "H. Z. Hirschberg proposed another assumption, based on the words of Ibn Hazm, namely, that the 'righteous who live in Yemen believed that 'Uzayr was indeed the son of Allah.' For Muhammad, Ezra, the apostle of messiah, can be seen in the same light as the Christian saw Jesus, the messiah, the son of Allah." Encyclopaedia Judaica, p. 1108."

Muslim : now let me ask you Chris, can you show us historically, what Jews changed the word of the Torah by saying

" if anyone declares that what might have been used to help their father or mother is 'devoted to God,' (Matthew 15:5)

Chris Clause : I'm going to block you for using Taqqiya

-----------------

29 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You build tombs for the prophets and decorate the graves of the righteous.30 And you say, ‘If we had lived in the days of our ancestors, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.’31 So you testify against yourselves that you are the descendants of those who murdered the prophets (Matthew 23:29-31)

Can Christians show us historically which teachers of the law and pharisees said ‘If we had lived in the days of our ancestors, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.’

Jesus made the bold claim the learned teachers said this so, where can you find such absurd nonsensical statements from the Jews admitting their forefathers killed prophets? Jews would keep silent even though it's the truth, no learned Jew of the Torah would admit to such claim, rather they would keep silent and conceal the fact.

Why would the teacher of law and pharisees even admit their forefathers  killed Prophets when it would only backfire on them?  Again can Christians show us historically the teachers of law and pharisees made such a statement.

----------------

Therefore I am sending you prophets and sages and teachers. Some of them you will kill and crucify (Matthew 23:34)

Question is, can Christian show us historically how many "PROPHETS" were crucified after Jesus by the Jews?

------------------

Funny Christians like Eric Smith make a zoom chat on where in history we do we find Jews calling Ezra the son of God?
Rather than pointing at the Quran, why doesn't he tell us where in history do we find the Jews saying
"You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' (Matthew 5:43)
Exactly where is such saying found? its an open challenge to show us from the bible where the Jews spoke this. The probable answer Christians usually come up with is, "Jesus said you have heard, not you have read", well does that not answer your question when the Quran says, The Jews said, “Ezra is the son of God,”. The word is said not written or read.

Does the Torah really command us to hate our enemies? Yeshua said, “You have heard that it was said, “You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy” (Mathew 5:43). This makes it sound as if Yeshua was replacing the Torah’s law “to hate our enemies” with a new law of love for our enemies: “But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you” (Matthew 5:44). This interpretation plays well into the hands of those who believe that Yeshua came to replace the Torah with a new law.

While it certainly is true that the Torah says, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself” (Leviticus 19:18), it contains no commandment to hate your enemy. Instead, Yeshua contradicted what must have been a popular adage among the Zealots: “Love your neighbor, but hate your enemy.” That is to say, “Love your fellow-Jew (i.e., your neighbor), but hate the Romans.” The Dead Sea community in Qumran went even further. They taught their followers to “love all the sons of light … and hate all the sons of darkness,” understanding the sons of light as members of their own sect and sons of darkness to be other Jews outside of their sect (Dead Sea Scrolls).

These sentiments do not derive from the Torah. Regarding the fellow-Jew, Torah explicitly says, “You shall not hate your fellow countryman in your heart” (Leviticus 19:17). The Torah requires a man to love even the stranger: “You shall love him as yourself” (Leviticus 19:34). Instead of instructing people to hate their enemies, the Torah requires us to show kindness to enemies and assist them when they fall into difficulty (Exodus 23:5, Deuteronomy 23:7). The Proverbs say, “Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, and do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles” (Proverbs 24:17).

The Master brought a correction to those who tried to justify hatred for their enemies. He told His disciples that, if they want to enter the kingdom, they must love their enemies, bless them instead of cursing them, and do good to them instead of evil. He told His disciples to pray for their persecutors: “Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you” (Luke 6:27-28).

Rabbi Yeshua told His disciples that if they show love to their enemies, they prove themselves to be sons of their Father in Heaven:

But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. (Matthew 5:44-45)

His disciples are to show men impartiality, just as God sends rain on both the righteous and the unrighteous and causes the sun to rise on both the wicked and the good. As the Talmud says, “The day of rainfall comes for both the righteous and for the wicked.” (b.Ta’anit 7a). So, too, Yeshua’s disciples must demonstrate kindness and civility to both friend and foe.

After these things, during the reign of Artaxerxes king of Persia, Ezra son of Seraiah, the son of Azariah, the son of Hilkiah, (Ezra 7:1)

Ezra son of Seraiah  שְׂרָיָה (ser-aw-yaw'). The name Seraiah means, “Yahweh is ruler” Thus, Ezra is given the name  son of yahweh (God) the ruler.

The Non-Appearance of Ezra at Qumran Lisbeth S. Fried University of Michigan

Texts which refer to Ezra have not been found at Qumran. Passages from Ezra 1-6 (4Q117, or 4QEzra), representing Ezra 4.2-6, 9-11, and 5.16-6.5, have been found, however. These are from the first part of Ezra (Ezra 1-6) and describe the period of the return from Babylon to Judah and the erection of the Second Temple. They do not refer to Ezra. No passage from Ezra 7-10, in which Ezra brings the law to Judah and executes a mass divorce, has been found. Nor has any passage from Nehemiah 8 in which Ezra reads the law to the assembled populace been found. Indeed, no passage which includes the character of Ezra himself has been found at Qumran. Perhaps this absence of Ezra should not surprise. It reflects Ezra’s general absence from second temple texts. The story of Ezra and his reading the law is absent from Ben Sira (49:11-13) although Nehemiah is extoled. Nehemiah is mentioned in the books of Maccabees (2 Macc. 1:18-36, 2:13), but Ezra is absent there as well. This profound silence begs for explanation, and ought not be attributed to the vagaries of finds among the Dead Sea Scroll corpus. The answer may lie in the fact that the law which Ezra brought is at variance with the Mosaic torah. The avoidance of Ezra at Qumran may be due to their agreement with later Christian, Samaritan, and Muslim tradents who assert that Ezra had falsified the Torah. Narratives of Exclusion in Ezra-Nehemiah and the Dead Sea Scrolls Charlotte Hempel University of Birmingham This paper will examine narratives of exclusion in Ezra-Nehemiah and the Dead Sea Scroll

For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, ‘He has a demon.’ (Matthew 11:18) can you show us where in history Jews said  John the Baptist has a demon?

Any evidence  of Jewish rabbis eating camel meat?

Interesting Christian Pastor Doug Batchelor said, Jesus accused the Jews (rabbis) of eating camel meat

Blind guides! You strain your water so you won’t accidentally swallow a gnat, but you swallow a camel! (Matthew 23:24)

Wonder if there are any historical evidence to attest that the 1st century learned rabbis would eat camel meat knowing the Torah forbids its consumption?

How can you historically prove something said inside a tomb by man/angel to a few women who themselves said nothing out of fear, to support this actually happened? Mark stops at verse 9 so who went to verify that your man-god actually raised ? Please CLARIFY that from your CLEAR narration

and clearly how would you prove historically using the gospel of Mark using a saying by an angel who was witnessed by women

Jesus said Abel was a Prophet. Nowhere in the Old Testament is Abel referred as a Prophet, nor do the Jews believe he was. Did Jesus make this up, giving the Jews more ammunition to prove he was false and didn't know the Jewish scriptures?
Or was it mentioned in the Old Testament that Abel was a Prophet, but that book is missing from the Tanack, proving the Bible was not fully preserved ?

Jesus said Abel was a Prophet (Luke 11:50-51).

If the Jews never made the claim Abel was a Prophet but, Jesus of the New Testament did, what makes you say Prophet Muhammed Pbuh was not a Prophet? After all how was Abel a Prophet when nothing about his prophet-hood is mentioned? No miracles, no prophecies, no revelations, biblically nothing seems to suggest he was a Prophet. Yes Islamically Abel could have been a Prophet as Muslims make no distinction on Prophet and it is God who chooses his Prophet, they all had their mission to convey the message. But, thats not how the Jews or Christians see it, they have their own criteria on qualifying a Prophet. it gets worse, according to Jesus many true Prophets and sages will come after him who the Jews will try to kill (Matthew 23:34)

So, the question remains, How was Abel a Prophet according to Jesus? (Luke 11:50-51)

The Messiah (המשיח- Ha-Mashiac) is mentioned 4 times in the "Torah" all refer to the Leviticus priests. Here's the problem, Jesus said Moses wrote about him (John 5:46) if this is true, why don't we find any reference where Moses wrote המשיח pointing to Jesus? where is this text?

According to Luke 13:33, Jesus is not a Prophet hence, Deut 18 does not apply to him. Furthermore, we find that according to the Talmud "that Prophet" in Deut 18 will have the authority to change the law, Tal Yavamot 90b. Jesus said he did not come to break the law Matt 5:17.

Bible Verses about Israel, Idolatry of

  • Exodus 32:1-6
Now when the people saw that Moses delayed coming down from the mountain, the people gathered together to Aaron, and said to him, "Come, make us gods that shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him." And Aaron said to them, "Break off the golden earrings which are in the ears of your wives, your sons, and your daughters, and bring them to me." So all the people broke off the golden earrings which were in their ears, and brought them to Aaron. And he received the gold from their hand, and he fashioned it with an engraving tool, and made a molded calf. Then they said, "This is your god, O Israel, that brought you out of the land of Egypt!" So when Aaron saw it, he built an altar before it. And Aaron made a proclamation and said, "Tomorrow is a feast to the LORD." Then they rose early on the next day, offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings; and the people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.

  • 2 Kings 17:7-18
For so it was that the children of Israel had sinned against the LORD their God, who had brought them up out of the land of Egypt, from under the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and they had feared other gods, and had walked in the statutes of the nations whom the LORD had cast out from before the children of Israel, and of the kings of Israel, which they had made. Also the children of Israel secretly did against the LORD their God things that were not right, and they built for themselves high places in all their cities, from watchtower to fortified city. They set up for themselves sacred pillars and wooden images on every high hill and under every green tree. There they burned incense on all the high places, like the nations whom the LORD had carried away before them; and they did wicked things to provoke the LORD to anger, for they served idols, of which the LORD had said to them, “You shall not do this thing.” Yet the LORD testified against Israel and against Judah, by all of His prophets, every seer, saying, “Turn from your evil ways, and keep My commandments and My statutes, according to all the law which I commanded your fathers, and which I sent to you by My servants the prophets.” Nevertheless they would not hear, but stiffened their necks, like the necks of their fathers, who did not believe in the LORD their God. And they rejected His statutes and His covenant that He had made with their fathers, and His testimonies which He had testified against them; they followed idols, became idolaters, and went after the nations who were all around them, concerning whom the LORD had charged them that they should not do like them. So they left all the commandments of the LORD their God, made for themselves a molded image and two calves, made a wooden image and worshiped all the host of heaven, and served Baal. And they caused their sons and daughters to pass through the fire, practiced witchcraft and soothsaying, and sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke Him to anger. Therefore the LORD was very angry with Israel, and removed them from His sight; there was none left but the tribe of Judah alone.

  • Ezekiel 20:13
Yet the house of Israel rebelled against Me in the wilderness; they did not walk in My statutes; they despised My judgments, 'which, if a man does, he shall live by them'; and they greatly defiled My Sabbaths. Then I said I would pour out My fury on them in the wilderness, to consume them.

  • Ezekiel 20:16
because they despised My judgments and did not walk in My statutes, but profaned My Sabbaths; for their heart went after their idols.

  • Amos 5:25-26
"Did you offer Me sacrifices and offerings
In the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel?
You also carried Sikkuth your king
    And Chiun, your idols,
    The star of your gods,
    Which you made for yourselves.

  • Exodus 20:5
you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me,

  • Exodus 32:9-10
And the LORD said to Moses, "I have seen this people, and indeed it is a stiff-necked people! Now therefore, let Me alone, that My wrath may burn hot against them and I may consume them. And I will make of you a great nation."

  • 1 Kings 11:4-5
For it was so, when Solomon was old, that his wives turned his heart after other gods; and his heart was not loyal to the LORD his God, as was the heart of his father David. For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Sidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites.

  • 1 Kings 11:9
So the LORD became angry with Solomon, because his heart had turned from the LORD God of Israel, who had appeared to him twice,

  • 1 Kings 12:31
He made shrines on the high places, and made priests from every class of people, who were not of the sons of Levi.

  • 1 Kings 12:33
So he made offerings on the altar which he had made at Bethel on the fifteenth day of the eighth month, in the month which he had devised in his own heart. And he ordained a feast for the children of Israel, and offered sacrifices on the altar and burned incense.

  • Psalm 78:40
How often they provoked Him in the wilderness,
And grieved Him in the desert!

  • Isaiah 59:1-2
Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened,
    That it cannot save;
    Nor His ear heavy,
    That it cannot hear.
    But your iniquities have separated you from your God;
And your sins have hidden His face from you,
So that He will not hear.

  • Jeremiah 3:7-10
And I said, after she had done all these things, ‘Return to Me.’ But she did not return. And her treacherous sister Judah saw it. Then I saw that for all the causes for which backsliding Israel had committed adultery, I had put her away and given her a certificate of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah did not fear, but went and played the harlot also. So it came to pass, through her casual harlotry, that she defiled the land and committed adultery with stones and trees. And yet for all this her treacherous sister Judah has not turned to Me with her whole heart, but in pretense," says the LORD.

  • Ezekiel 20:24
because they had not executed My judgments, but had despised My statutes, profaned My Sabbaths, and their eyes were fixed on their fathers' idols.

  • 1 Corinthians 10:11
Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.

  • 1 Corinthians 10:13-14
No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it. Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry.

And says who their saying Ezra being the son of God was meant to be written down? Their saying could have been written after Malachi the last book of the OT. In fact these Jews may have said it after the time of Jesus, its not like each and every statements from Jews were documented. Not like no Jews ever blasphemed or had such ideologies. There were millions of Jews scattered all over, are you saying not a single group of Jews ever uttered such sayings? Just because something was not documented does not mean it never happened. If we never had the technology we have now like TV, Internet, Phone and someone 2000 years from now said trump was worshiped by a group of hindus, will you believe them? We know we was worshipped, but what if it wasn't documented then what, will you still believe in it? The arguments Christians bring are not convincing and to be honest very embarrassing.

"Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these teachers oppose the truth." (1 Timothy 3:18)

Open challenge to Christians. Show us where Jannes & Jambres are mentioned in the Old Testament. Cite the book, chapter and verse. Thanks!

The reason the Israelites obeyed Jeremiah and abolished counting the months from Nisan, as we have seen, is perhaps because they based their action upon the interpretation of a biblical verse, as we find in the Tosafot on the first chapter of the treatise Megillah, that the reason Ezra changed the written characters when he returned from the exile was because of his interpretation of a biblical verse. “He shall write him a copy of this law (התורה משנה),” he interpreted to mean, a writing that is destined to change (mishne, משנה, from the rabbinic shanah, שנה, to change). Or it may be that they obeyed Jeremiah because his precept did not concern any of the ten commandments, or because there was no intention to abolish any of the Mosaic commandments, but to commemorate the second redemption as they commemorated the first. For they had a tradition that it should be commemorated, provided that the exodus from Egypt should not be ignored, as the Rabbis say, “Not that the exodus from Egypt should be entirely removed.” (PHILOSOPHY Sefer HaIkkarim Maamar 3, Chapter 19)

Chapter twenty-two explains that the Torah which has been handed down to us by tradition and which we have today is the identical one that was given to Moses on Sinai without any change, and that it was not changed in the days of Ezra. It explains also the statement of the Rabbis that certain words in the Torah were corrected by the Soferim. ( PHILOSOPHY Sefer HaIkkarim Forward, 91)

-----------------

The sons of God saw the beautiful women and took any they wanted as their wives. (Genesis 6:2)

Interesting, the Talmud names the sons of god Uzza "Azza" and Azael. (Yoma 67b, Kallah Rabbati 3:9). Very close to the Arabic name Uzair. Bear in mind Hebrew names are often Arabicized

Azael is the son of God according to the Jews (Tal Yoma 67b Kallah Rabbati 3:9). Aaron the priest sacrificed two goats to Yahweh & Azael in the wilderness (Levi 16:8) Question is, why would Aaron the priest make a sacrifice to Azael?

Is "Aza" Azael the Arabicized name for Uzayr?

----------------------------

Moses made no mention of Ezra that he will revive the Torah to the Jews after the Babylonian exile.  Nor did Jesus make any mention of Ezra, yet this man was a prominent figure to the Jews from saving them going back to disbelief. In fact, the Talmud states “Had Moses not preceded him, Ezra would have been worthy of receiving the Torah for Israel.” (Sanhedrin 21a) In the Talmud, Ezra is also praised for having restored the Torah (Sukkot 20a) If Ezra can be a man of God (Ezra 7:6) who was neither mentioned by Moses or Jesus, why then can't you accept Prophet Muhammad Pbuh as the final Messenger, rather than asking where is he mentioned by the Prophets in the Bible?

Even after we show you from your text where Prophet Muhammed Pbuh was mentioned, you still reject?

Was Moses mentioned in any scripture before he was born? The Jews accepted him as a prophet regardless of that. And lots of other prophets for that matter! So for Abraham and other prophets, the people who rejected them were right in rejecting them because they never heard of them before they came on the scene?

Then the Jews have the right to reject Jesus because his name does not show in their Torah. This is how they continually put their foot in their mouth, and have given the people who went before them a wrong excuse for rejecting prophets that were sent to them.

Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about them: “See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones [Jude 1:14]

Open challenge to Christians show us where Enoch made such a prophecy ?

Christian say Jesus is a CURSE, Jews say Satan is a BLESSING.

Bible says you shouldn't sacrifice to the demon king [Molekh]Leviticus 18:21. Talmud Sanhedrin 64a-b states this is not idolatry and if some did they shouldn't be punished for it. 😡 Jesus said obey & do what the Pharisees tell you [Matthew 23:1-3]

Ezra descends from the line of Aaron [Ezra 7]. Rabbis clearly state "God is considered the father of the Jewish people"

For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. [Romans 8:14]

Question: Is Ezra considered a son of God?

Uzayir according to Rabbi Ben Abrahamson

Q. Salam Rabbi. The name for Uzayir in all the manuscripts is عزير بن مروه (Uzayir bin Marwah). Maybe you have some idea as to who this individual was?

A. wa aleikum salaam wa rahmatullah

I think Uzayir was Nehemiah ben Hushiel. According to tentative reconstruction, Hushiel was the 35th exilarch, son of Hofnai 32nd Exilarch, son of Ahunai [Huna-Mar II] son of Mar Zutra II who was crucified by Persian king in 520CE. This provides several "Mar" that could potentially have something to do with Marwa.

I propose that Nehemiah ben Hushiel of Jewish apocalyptic literature was the same as the Persian governor appointed over Jerusalem recorded by Sebeos.

I believe that he was called "son of God" because he was an Exilarch, descendant of David "ben David", who's grandfather was crucified. He was thought to be the Messiah. When the Persians invaded in 614 CE and many Christians converted to Judaism. I speculate that they took Nehemiah to be the "Christ".

Uzrair (Ezra) is the Hebrew equivalent of Aramaic Sayyid. A common appellation of the Exilarch was Sayidna ben David, which would be Ezra son of David.

Sayid means "helper" in Aramaic.
Ezra means "helper" in Hebrew
