He is Allah the True God.

You cannot overpower Allah, neither on the earth nor in the heaven. None can protect you from Allah nor come to your aid against Him. (Surah 29:22)

And He is The Invincible Subduer above His servants. And He is The All Wise, The All Aware. (Sooratul-An`aam (6), aayah 18)

SubhanAllah there is none who can over power Allah Swt. Nor is there anyone who can protect you from Allah Swt. This is such a unique statement made by Allah Swt, showing his power and glory. Allah Swt has control over all his creation. Not a single creature can escape from Allah Swt.  Almighty Allah Swt  is the master of all creation, everything belongs to him alone, he does not share his kingdom, glory and power with anyone.

The same thing has been said in Surah Ar-Rahman as a challenge to the jinns and mankind: “O company of jinns and men! If you have the power to escape across the bounds of the earth and heavens, then do escape! You shall not escape, for it requires a great power,” (Ayat 33). (Islamic studies tafheem)

There is no doubt Allah Swt is the master of the universe, he created the heavens and earth alone and is above his creation. above His Throne. With his command everything happens, there is not a single creature on the face of the earth who can stop him. All of his creation are dependent on him, rather he Allah Swt is not dependent on any of his creation. He has no partner in His sovereignty. He is one the absolute the eternal, he begets not nor is he begotten, and there is nothing like him as mentioned in Surah 112. There is nothing like unto him as mentioned in surah 41:11. He is the creator, the originator, the restorer, the most powerful, the doer of what he intends as found in surah 85:16. He is the most gracious most merciful. He forgives whomever He wills, no matter how much they may have sinned. He is the cherisher, the sustainer, He is the loving the kind. Everything happens through his command. Is the mighty the wise. He see all that happens. No one can challenge or question him, rather He will question us all. He is the judge, He gives life and death. There is no creature that can overpower him. To Allah Swt belongs all dominion. No fatigue, tiredness, weariness affects him, He is above all defects which humans go through. Glory be to Allah the lord of the worlds. Allah is One.

He is Allah: there is no god but He; the Knower of the unseen and the manifest, He is the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.  He is Allah: there is no god but He: the King, the Holy, the All-Peace, the Giver of security, the Overseer, the Most Mighty, the Overpowering, the All-Great. Exalted be He from whatever they associate with Him.  He is Allah, the Planner, Executer and Fashioner of creation. His are the names most beautiful. Whatever is in the heavens and the earth extols His Glory. He is the Most Mighty, the Most Wise. (Surah 59:22-24)

O people, it is you who stand in need of Allah; as for Allah, He is Self-Sufficient, Immensely Praiseworthy (Surah 35:15)

He has no fear of consequences. (Surah 91:15)

Compare with what the Bible said about God?

they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower with its top in the heavens, and let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be dispersed over the face of the whole earth.” And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of man had built. And the LORD said, “Behold, they are one people, and they have all one language, and this is only the beginning of what they will do. And nothing that they propose to do will now be impossible for them. Come, let us go down and there confuse their language, so that they may not understand one another’s speech.” So the LORD dispersed them from there over the face of all the earth, and they left off building the city. (Genesis 11:4-8)

notice from the above passage, Yahweh the God of the Bible came down on earth to see what his creations were doing. What’s worse these mortal devise a plan to build a tower which would reach the heavens, eventually sharing the same platform as God. Yahweh had to stop their plan, which clearly indicates he was afraid thy would surely reach him. This type of absurd concept of God being afraid of his own creations, is unacceptable and dismissed by Muslims. If we go back to the Quran, this is what Allah Swt says about such claims name by the Jews.

You cannot overpower Allah, neither on the earth nor in the heaven. None can protect you from Allah nor come to your aid against Him. (Surah 29:22)

SubhanAllah Glory be to Allah, he is free from all defects which ignorant humans have written about, attributing to him. Allah Swt has made it clear what they wrote is not from Allah.
And there is a party among them who twist their tongues while reciting the Book to make you think that it is part of the Book when in fact it is not. They say: 'It is from Allah', when in fact it is not from Allah. They falsely fix a lie upon Allah, and do so wittingly. ( Surah 3:78)

There’s more, previously I wrote a short paper showing, how the Bible portrays man having more power than God. lets analyse how this could also be a major blow to the understanding on how weak Yahweh is when it comes to his own creation.

"Your name will no longer be Jacob," the man told him. "From now on you will be called Israel, because you have fought with God and with men and have won." (Genesis 32:28)
Even in the womb, Jacob struggled with his brother; when he became a man, he even fought with God. (Hosea 12:3)

Reading Genesis 32 from context after trying to flee from his brother Esau, Jacob was confronted by Yahweh the God of Israel, having wrestled with God, Jacob over powered his creator!. Can you imagine God was beaten by his creation? This type of nonsense cannot be accepted as inspired scripture. The Jews have truly crossed all limits and boundaries, by perverting and twisting the true concept of God, , making him no less than a weak mortal beaten by someone stronger. Jacob goes to say he saw God face to face.
…So Jacob called the name of the place Peniel, saying, “For I have seen God face to face, and yet my life has been delivered….” (Genesis 32:30)

Again when we go back to the Quran Allah Swt tells us :
You cannot overpower Allah, neither on the earth nor in the heaven. None can protect you from Allah nor come to your aid against Him. (Surah 29:22)
...There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the Hearing, the Seeing. (Surah 42:11)
Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them…. (Surah 2:255)
Let not those who run towards disbelief grieve you; they shall not hurt Allah in the least. Allah will not provide for them any share in the Next Life. A mighty punishment awaits them. (Surah 3:176)
Indeed, those who disbelieved and averted [people] from the path of Allah and opposed the Messenger after guidance had become clear to them - never will they harm Allah at all, and He will render worthless their deeds. (Surah 47:32)

SubhanAllah Glory be to Allah, he is above all defect they attribute to him. Allah Swt tells us clearly, that there is nothing like unto him (Surah 42:11) and never will they harm or hurt Allah Swt at all (surah 47:32, surah 3:176). Those evil texts found in the book of Genesis clearly shows, it could not have been inspired by God Almighty.  Wait there’s more
We read in the Book of Exodus that is Torah, where Moses supposed to have admonished Yahweh God of Israel. Confused? yes that’s right Moses admonished Yahweh, because Yahweh wanted to destroyed the children of Israel for the ill doings making the golden calf. Not only did Moses admonish Yahweh, he also made him change his mind and make him Repent!.

The LORD said to Moses, "I have seen this people, and behold, they are an obstinate people. Now leave me alone so my fierce anger can blaze against them, and I will destroy them. Then I will make you, Moses, into a great nation." But Moses interceded with the LORD his God: " LORD, why does Your anger burn against Your people You brought out of the land of Egypt with great power and a strong hand? Wherefore should the Egyptians speak, and say, For mischief did he bring them out, to slay them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth? Turn from thy fierce wrath (change your mind), and repent of this evil against thy people. (Exodus 32:9-12)

And the LORD repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people. (Exodus 32:14)
How evil is that, this is blasphemy uttering such lies about God Almighty. Moses being the Messenger of God Almighty, not only admonished him, but also made him change his mind and repent! Again, Allah Swt tell us in the Quran about himself, and how he alone has power to do all things. No creature on the face of the earth or heaven can tell what God should do and what he shouldn’t do. Allah Swt makes his own decision he needs no advisors nor does he depend on anyone.

O people, it is you who stand in need of Allah; as for Allah, He is Self-Sufficient, Immensely Praiseworthy. (Surah 35:15)

Whosoever strives(in the cause of Allah) does so to his own good. Surely Allah stands in no need of anyone in the whole Universe. (Surah 29:6)

Indeed those who said: 'Christ, the son of Mary, he is indeed God', disbelieved. Say (O Muhammad!): 'Who could have overruled Allah had He so willed to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, and his mother, and all those who are on earth?' For to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them; He creates what He wills. Allah is All-Powerful. (Surah 5:17)

If Allah afflicts you with any hardship, none other than He can remove it; and if He wills any good for you, none can avert His bounty. He bestows good upon whomsoever of His servants He wills. He is AllForgiving, All-Merciful.' (Surah 10:107)

If Allah helps you, none can overcome you: If He forsakes you, who is there, after that, that can help you? in Allah, then, Let believers put their trust. (Surah 3:160)
Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them…. (Surah 2:255)
And recite (and teach) what has been revealed to thee of the Book of thy Lord: none can change His Words, and none wilt thou find as a refuge other than Him. (18:27)

SubhanAllah Glory be to Allah Swt, Allah Swt is free from all defects these evil men attribute him to be. he has dismissed any notions where he could be questioned, admonished or repent. (Astgfirullah) there’s one more point I would like to touch upon, and that is is God Almighty powerful? According to the Bible God was unable to help Judah fight an inhabitant od people, because they had iron chariots.

And the LORD was with Judah; and he drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron. (Judges 1:19)

Imagine a God who is unable to fight a group of men who have iron chariots? Allah Swt tells us in the Quran.

the Executor of what He wills. (85:16)

They shall abide in it as long as the heavens and the earth endure, unless your Lord may will otherwise. Surely your Lord does whatsoever He wills. (11:107)

From these comparisons, we can see how Allah Swt the Greatest is the True God, without any defects. He Allah Swt is the One and only True God without any partners. to him belongs the heavens and the earth and everything in between them. Glory be to Allah Swt the lord of the Words. He has no resemblance or can be attributed to his creation, there is nothing like unto him (surah 42:11, surah 112) he is Allah Swt. Whereas the same cannot be said about the God of the Bible. He has many defects which nullifies him to be a God. the God of the bible has human attributes, is weak, get admonished and even repents. Is afraid of his own creation and has no absolute power to stop objects created by men i.e. iron chariots (Judges 1:19).

Do you really want to follow the god of the Bible  who has no power over his own creation. Make your choice !

Al = the a definite article. Ilah means = god thus, ALLAH AL-LAH means = THE GOD

no one in ancient history till now calls themselves ALLAH no human has such name. the Creator will only have such name ALLAH (THE GOD) Not god, but rather THE GOD

The Quran give us 99 name of Allah Swt. the crowning name is ALLAH. meaning THE GOD.

THE GOD supersedes anyone order god's

In Arabic, nouns are those words that has their permanent meaning but are not associated with any period of time. They are called asmaa (singular is ism). This is a topic of Sarf. There are three kinds of nouns.

1.     Masdar – مصدر (Root).

2.     Mushtaq – مشتق (Derived).

3.     Jaamid – جامد (Still or Frozen). Non derivative

jaamid nouns are those which are neither derived from any word nor any word is derived from it, e.g. rajul (رجل), fars (فرس), himaar (حمار), madrasah (مدرسة) etc. He said that most of the names are jaamid nouns.

He said that Mushtaq are those words that are derived from any other word.

[The words from which other words are derived are called masdar].

In examples, he gave one example of the word insaan (human). There are two possible masaadir (plural of masdar) of this word.

1.    Nisyaan (نسيان). It means to forget. As humans forget things, so they are called insaan.

2.    Uns (أنس). It means to love. As humans have loving characteristic, so they are called insaan.

The meaning of the personal name of the Israelite God has been variously interpreted. Many scholars believe that the most proper meaning may be “He Brings into Existence Whatever Exists” (Yahweh-Asher-Yahweh). In I Samuel, God is known by the name Yahweh Teva-ʿot, or “He Brings the Hosts into Existence,” the hosts possibly referring to the heavenly court or to Israel.

Yahweh and Jesus over powered by Jacob

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. (Genesis 1:1)

The Hebrew word used for God is Elohim (אֱלֹהִ֑ים). Trinitarian Christians use this verse to prove Genesis 1:1 is speaking of more than one God i.e. that Yahweh and Jesus and the holy spirit were all present when the earth was created, as Elohim is plural nor singular. However, this false claim has been disproved by Jewish rabbis, many articles have been written on this subject which can be found online. Im going to focus on a different point. Suppose for arguments sake we even accepted this absurd claim that Genesis 1:1 is talking about more than one God, then our Christians friends would have to tackle this problem.

we read in Genesis 32, that Jacob wrestled with God and won. Not only did he win the fight, his  name was changed from Jacob to Israel.

"Your name will no longer be Jacob," the man told him. "From now on you will be called Israel, because you have fought with God and with men and have won." (Genesis 32:28)

Whats interesting is that the hebrew word Elohim (אֱלֹהִ֑ים) is used, the same as Genesis 1:1.  Same is found in the book of Hosea

Even in the womb, Jacob struggled with his brother; when he became a man, he even fought with God. (Hosea 12:3)

Again, the same word in Hebrew is used for God Elohim (אֱלֹהִ֑ים). Now if we take what trinitarian Christian claim that Yahweh and Jesus and the holy spirit  means Elohim cross referencing to Genesis 1:1, then this would mean Jacob wrestled with Yahweh and Jesus and the holy spirit and beat them, in Biblical language over powered them!.

Do Christians believe Jacob wrestled with Yahweh and Jesus and the holy spirit , and over powered them?

Yahweh defeated

Houston we have a problem

According to the Torah, Jacob defeated Yahweh (Genesis 32:28). This ia also confirmed by Hosea 12:3 that "Yahweh" was defeated by Jacob. The Talmud tells us, according to Prophet Elijah the Jews defeated Yahweh (Talmud Bava Metzia 59b)

What kind of  god is this who gets defeated by his own creation?

Interestingly the Arabic bible says, " JACOB DID JIHAD WITH GOD"

= Jihad with God

All Truth

Is Jesus the absolute Truth?

Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6)

notice how Jesus of the bible, is boldly testifying that he is the way, truth and life.  the problem we find with this statement is, the very same Jesus openly declared, if he testifies about himself then his testimony is not true.

"If I testify about myself, my testimony is not true. (John 5:31)

imagine that, Jesus of the bible forgot he told the Jews his testimony about himself was not valid. it doesn’t stop here, if we read the next 2 verses Jesus goes to says, that john the Baptist spoke the truth about him i.e. he was the true Messiah. Yet when we read the synoptic gospels, we find john the Baptist was not sure whether Jesus was the true Messiah or not.

Then John’s disciples informed him about all these things so John sent two of his disciples and he sent them to the Lord to ask him, "Are you the Messiah we've been expecting, or should we keep looking for someone else?" (Luke 7:18-19)

How true was Jesus of the Bible?. We’ve established from John 5:31, that Jesus’s own testimony is not valid which completely dismisses John 14:6 where Jesus referred himself as the way, truth and life. But there’s more to it according to Jesus, the one who would come after him will lead people to ALL TRUTH!.

“But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, HE WILL GUIDE YOU TO ALL TRUTH… (emphasis added) (John 16:13)

You cant get more explicit then that. Here Jesus himself is testifying the one who would come after him HE WILL GUIDE YOU TO ALL TRUTH. Note Jesus is not testifying about himself which would make it invalid, rather he is testifying of another who would Guide people to All Truth. We can conclude from this that Jesus of the Bible was not the absolute Truth after all.

They cannot hide the "Truth"

And there is a party among them who twist their tongues while reciting the Book to make you think that it is part of the Book when in fact it is not. They say: 'It is from Allah', when in fact it is not from Allah. They falsely fix a lie upon Allah, and do so wittingly. ( Surah 3:78)

We read in the Quran Allah Swt telling us, how a party from amongst the people of the Book twist the words of Allah Swt with their tongues.  Distorting its meaning, and deceiving people. They would say “it is from Allah” when in reality is it not from Allah. Not only would they distort the texts by misinterpreting its meaning with their tongues, they would also write their own Book claiming it was from God.

Woe, then, to those who write out the Scriptures with their own hands and then, in order to make a trifling gain, claim: “This is from Allah.” Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they thus earn. (Surah2:79)

Here we read Allah Swt is informing us how these men would write scriptures with their own hand claiming it was from Allah Swt.  Again, Not only would they distort the texts by misinterpreting its meaning with their tongues (Surah 3:78), they would also write their own Book claiming it was from God.

in the Quran Allah Swt informs us of Prophets who were given revelations and scriptures.

Say: 'We believe in Allah and what was revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and to Issac and Jacob and his descendents, and the teachings which Allah gave to Moses and Jesus and to other Prophets. We make no distinction between any of them and to Him do we submit. (Surah 3:84)

(O Muhammad!) We have revealed to you as We revealed to Noah and the Prophets after him, and We revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob and the offspring of Jacob, and Jesus and Job, and Jonah, and Aaron and Solomon, and We gave to David Psalms. (Surah 4:163)

Did you notice something from the above two verses? Nowhere is Mark, Matthew, Luke, John and Paul mentioned. The very gospels that Christians want to us believe in written by those 5 individuals are not mentioned in any of those two verses from the Quran. Notice in both verses Surah 3:84 and Surah 4:163, revelations were given to Jesus Pbuh not any of his disciples or later followers. So the question arises from whom did  Mark, Matthew, Luke, John and Paul get their inspiration from? If Jesus Pbuh was preaching the Gospel (singular), here we have 5 individuals writing their version of Gospel, which becomes Gospels (plural). Christians claim those Gospels are from God i.e. they are the inspired word of God. which we can see Allah Swt informing us about such lies as found in surah 3:78

And there is a party among them who twist their tongues while reciting the Book to make you think that it is part of the Book when in fact it is not. They say: 'It is from Allah', when in fact it is not from Allah. They falsely fix a lie upon Allah, and do so wittingly. ( Surah 3:78)

SubhanAllah and All Praise is due to Allah, who with his Mercy has blessed us and made us Muslims Alhumdulillah. we have been warned of such deceptions, that Christians bring to us. They want us to accept books which are lies and carry no weight of truth..

Question

Did the creation take 6 days or 8 days?

9 “Say (O Muhammad): Do you verily disbelieve in Him Who created the earth in two Days? And you set up rivals (in worship) with Him? That is the Lord of the ‘Aalameen (mankind, jinn and all that exists).
10 He placed therein (i.e. the earth) firm mountains from above it, and He blessed it, and measured therein its sustenance (for its dwellers) in four Days equal (i.e. all these four ‘days’ were equal in the length of time) for all those who ask (about its creation).
11 Then He rose over (Istawa) towards the heaven when it was smoke, and said to it and to the earth: ‘Come both of you willingly or unwillingly.’ They both said: ‘We come willingly.’
12 Then He completed and finished from their creation (as) seven heavens in two Days and He made in each heaven its affair. And We adorned the nearest (lowest) heaven with lamps (stars) to be an adornment as well as to guard (from the devils by using them as missiles against the devils). Such is the Decree of Him, the All-Mighty, the All-Knower”
(Fussilat 41:9-12)

Here the questioner is suggesting with his or her own understanding, that an eight day creation took place, whereas in many other verses we are told that the heavens and the earth were created in six days (e.g. surah 11:7, Surah 7:54, Surah 50:38) Just to break it down for the readers, verse 9 says two days as highlighted in bold, and verse 10 says four days and finally verse 12 says two days. So adding those numbers together one would easily understand it to be eight days in total. Well that’s not case when it comes to these verses.

Note verse 9 states Allah Swt created the earth in two days, verse 10 continues by saying, therein Allah swt places firm mountains and its sustenance for its dwellers in four days equal. That is adding the two days for the creation of earth and two days for placing mountains and sustenance which makes four days not six. Notice in verse 10 highlighted in red says equal (four Days equal),this is a clarification that the two days in  verse 9 and two days in verse 10 would make it four days equal.

The Arabic word use for equal is sawāan سَوَآءً which fits in perfectly with the two days adding together equalling to four days. Then we have in verse 12 two days thus, we have six days in all. Another point I would like to make is, the days used in the verses would mean a long period of time not literal 24 hours like some may think.  The Arabic word used is yawmayni   يَوۡمَيۡنِ which means a long period of time, take for example this this verse.

“They ask you to hasten the punishment. Allah shall most certainly not fail His promise; but a Day with your Lord is as a thousand years of your reckoning.(Surah 22:47)

Notice how a day in the sight of Allah swt is like a thousand years to humans.
There is no contradiction or confliction with the creation stages. Here is another example on a human level how to understand the days creation.

CAN ANYBODY INSTALL LIGHTING IN A HOUSE BEFORE ACTUALLY BUILDING IT? YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUILD THE ENTIRE HOUSE TO HAVE ELECTRICAL WIRES ROUND IT.

You don't have to built the entire house to have the electrical wires round it to fit a light bulb. This doesn't mean you took longer to fit the bulb, it only shows within the timeframe of building the house lighting bulbs were added later. Whether it took 6 months to build the entire structure of the house e.g. the first two month from foundation and  building  the shell of the house  the electrical wires were fitted within that timeframe  hence, the job would of  finished "that is" the foundation, shell of the house  and the electrical wiring, which would have all simultaneously been completed within the same  period of time, 2 months.

So if one said it took 6 months to build this house 2 months for the foundation and building the shell pf the house. 4 months to complete the entire house which includes the walls, ceiling, windows, doors vents, boilers etc, and 2 months to get the electrical lighting's done this is not a contradiction.

NOTE THE HOUSE IS NOT BUILD RATHER ITS TAKING STAGES FOR THE PROCESS AND EACH PROCESS IS INDIVIDUALLY TIMED WITHIN THE SET PERIOD OF TIME!

What do Muslims scholars have to say about these verses in Surah Fussilat.

The mufassireen commented on this fact which deals with the mistaken notion. Al-Qurtubi said:
in four days” – this is like someone saying, “I set out from Basra to Baghdad in ten days and to Kufa in fifteen days, i.e., a total time of fifteen days.” (al-Jaami’ li Ahkaam al-Qur’aan, vol. 15, p. 343).
Al-Baghawi said: “in four days” means the creation of what is in the earth. The measuring of the sustenance was on Tuesday and Wednesday, which along with Sunday and Monday add up to four days. This is like saying “I married a woman yesterday and today I married two” – one of whom is the woman whom he married the day before. (Tafseer al-Baghawi, 7/165)
Al-Zajjaaj said: “in four days” means two days added to the previous two days. (Al-Kashshaaf, vol. 3, p. 444 )

Conclusion the creation of the heavens and earth took six days (period), not eight days (period)

[At-tadakul or in English Interlacing] this is a way Arabs used to convey additions when adding numbers to each other

What's amazing is, that Jesus did not inform you in how to fast or what type of actions are to be sanctioned during fasting. But he did say something which Christians are very familiar with, and that is
I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when the, the Spirit of truth, is come, he shall guide you into all the truth.... (John 16:12-13)
Notice the words used, Jesus has many things to tell them, but they cannot bear them now. However when the SPIRIT OF TRUTH ARRIVES HE WILL GUIDE THEM TO ALL TRUTH. This tell us Jesus did not bring All TRUTH
Rather it was Prophet Muhammed Pbuh who came with All Truth he taught us how to fast and what requirement are needed to fast. How fasting should be performed, in what way and for how long etc...

Is The Bible In Our Hands The Same As During The Time Of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

Christians like James white boast that the bible we have now is exactly the same as during the time of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)... This is not true without a doubt, let's not even talk about the Protestant and Catholic bible, a big reformation took place where 7 books have been dropped as apocrypha by the Protestants which was in circulation for nearly 1100 years.. This however is known and agreed upon unanimously that the bible has many many different books and none can be trusted as authentic unless they have a strong chain or Narration which I'm afraid to say they don't have
--------------------

Let's take this to another level what Did the bible look like during the time of Islam this is a difficult question to answer mainly because the information about Christianity and the books it used as scriptures in Arabia during the advent of Islam are quite sketchy. We have the non-Islamic and Islamic sources that provide some information about the Bible, but nothing conclusive. But they both are sufficient to show that the Christian "scriptures" are not demonstrably the same today as in Muhammad's(Pbuh ) time.
This information is taken from Islamic awareness

Ibn Hisham's Al-Sirah Al-Nabawiyyah. He mentions some of the beliefs of the Christians who talked to the Prophet(P):

[Those who talked to Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, were Abu Haritha Ibn `Alqama, Al-`Aqib `Abdul-Masih and Al-Ayham al-Sa`id.] They were Christians according to the faith of the king with differences between them; they say: He is Allah, and say: He is Son of Allah, and say: He is the third of three [i.e., part of Trinity] and these are the claims of Christianity. [They use as evidence for their claim that He is Allah the argument that] he used to raise the dead, cure the sick, create from clay bird-like structure then breathe into it to make it a [living] bird. All this was by the leave of Allah, the Praiseworthy the Exalted {to appoint him as a sign for men} (Maryam:21).
They also argue for saying that he is Son of Allah by saying he had no known father and spoke in infancy which is something never done by any human being. They use as evidence for their claim that He is the third of three [i.e., part of Trinity] the argument that Allah says: We did, We commanded, We created and We judged [i.e., by using the plural for Himself], and whereas if He was one, He would say: I did, I judged, I commanded and I created; but it is He, Jesus and Maryam. The Qur'an was revealed addressing all these arguments.
There are two things about Christianity during the time of the Prophet(P) that stand out. Firstly, the belief that Jesus(Pbuh) spoke in infancy and that he used to create from clay bird-like structures and breathe into them to make them living birds. Secondly, the trinitarian doctrine that God is composed of the Father, Jesus and Mary. Since the doctrinal issue does not concern our discussion, we will focus on the first point that deals with the nature of the scripture itself.
The miracles of Jesus(Pbuh) speaking in infancy and giving life to birds made out of clay are usually dismissed by the missionaries as "apocryphal" but these were perfectly acceptable to Christians in Arabia during the advent of Islam. The Online Catholic Encyclopedia attests the popularity of infancy narratives among the Syrian Nestorians. It is interesting to note that the Arabic version of infancy narratives were translated from a Syriac original.
This indirectly confirms Ibn Hisham's narrative in Al-Sirah Al-Nabawiyyah with regard to the belief of Christians during the advent of Islam that Jesus(Pbuh) spoke in his infancy and breathed into clay bird-like structures and turned them into living birds. However, this only provides us a snap-shot of the kind of "scripture" the Christians were using during the advent of Islam and can in no way provide a complete picture of what their entire "scripture" looked like.
Moreover, the disagreement of Jews and Christians among themselves about their own scriptures was well-known during the advent of Islam and that also gave an impetus for `Uthman to collect the Qur'an.
Hudhaifa bin al-Yaman came to `Uthman at the time when the people of Sham and the people of Iraq were Waging war to conquer Armenia and Azerbaijan. Hudhaifa was afraid of their (the people of Sham and Iraq) differences in the recitation of the Qur'an, so he said to `Uthman, "O Chief of the Believers! Save this nation before they differ about the Book (Qur'an) as Jews and the Christians did before."
The disagreement among the Christians concerning their scriptures can be shown by studying the various canons of their Bible throughout the centuries before and after the advent of Islam. The disagreement among them concerning their scriptures persist even today. With all the facts in front of us, we can conclusively say that the Christian scriptures are demonstrably not the same today as in Muhammad's(Pbuh) time.

The above is enough evidence to shatter any Christians apologist who claim the bible they have has always been the same!!

Our Christian friends keep bragging that the Quran Confirmed the Bible which Christians Currently have in possession so the bible could not have been Altered, Tampered, Corrupted.

They would normally Misquote many verses from the Quran such as Surah 3:3, surah 5:38 etc as their evidence that the Bible is still prestige.

Let's put their claims to the Test by citing a couple of Passages from the Quran and see if the current bible the has really is in its original form?

--------------------------

Lo! Allah hath bought from the believers their lives and their wealth because the Garden will be theirs: they shall fight in the way of Allah and shall slay and be slain. It is a promise which is binding on Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur'an. Who fulfilled His covenant better than Allah? Rejoice then in your bargain that ye have made, for that is the supreme triumph. (Surah 9:111)

Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah ; and those with him are forceful against the disbelievers, merciful among themselves. You see them bowing and prostrating [in prayer], seeking bounty from Allah and [His] pleasure. Their mark is on their faces from the trace of prostration. That is their description in the Torah. And their description in the Gospel is as a plant which produces its offshoots and strengthens them so they grow firm and stand upon their stalks, delighting the sowers - so that Allah may enrage by them the disbelievers. Allah has promised those who believe and do righteous deeds among them forgiveness and a great reward. (Surah 48:29)

-----------------------

Seems like the above Passages have already destroyed each and every claim made by Christians about the authenticity of the Bible.

If Christians still believe the Bible which existed during the time of Prophet Muhammed Pbuh is the Same as now, then can they can show us where in the Torah and Injeel such statements are  found as mentioned in Surah 9:111 & Surah 48:29.

You have a life time to show us those statements in your bible which according to you guys is unaltered, uncorrupted.

IAM or I WILL BE

"Very truly I tell you," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born, I am!
(John 8:58 Christian bible)
----------------------------------------
Probably the most unique verse Christians use to prove Jesus's divinity, the IAM statement. Unfortunately Christians are not aware, that the Hebrew bible doesn’t say IAM.
God said to Moses, "(Ehyeh asher ehyeh) I will be what I will be,"..
(Exodus 3:14 Hebrew Bible)
So now we have a serious problem. If the Hebrew bible doesn’t use the word IAM, then John 8:58 cannot be the same statement used by Jesus. If Christians want to prove the divinity of Jesus using the Hebrew Bible by cross referencing with Exodus 3:14, then they have to change the texts to make it say:
"Very truly I tell you," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born I will be what I will be! (John 8:58 Christian/Hebrew altered version)
Like they say, you can't have the cake and eat it lol

Nigerian Christians trash polemic on Shahada

One moment Korede says, the word Shahada is not found in the Quran. The next moment he says the word Shahada is used in the Quran. At least Korede has admitted, that the word Shahada is found in the Quran.

Korede said Allah Swt took the Shahada, by quoting Surah 3:18. To be honest I'm very baffled with his post, I don't understand what Korede is trying getting at?

Let's understand this verse through Quran commentary before we expose Korede for good.

---------------------

Islamic studies Tafheem :

Himself bears witness that there is no God but He; and likewise do the angels and the men possessed of knowledge  bear witness in truth and justice that there is no God but He, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

Commentary:

14. The testimony in question is from God Himself, Who knows directly all the realities of the universe, Who observes every existing thing without obstruction. It is the testimony of the One from Whose sight nothing is hidden, and who can be a better first-hand witness than He? His testimony is that no one but He is possessed of the attributes of godhead; no one has the power to govern the universe, and no one has the right to claim the rights which belong exclusively to God.

15. After God, the most trustworthy testimony is that of the angels, for they carry out the administration of the universe. The testimony of the angels, based on their own
observations, is that the Will of God alone reigns supreme in the universe, and they turn to Him alone in the governance of the heavens and the earth. Moreover, all creatures possessing knowledge of reality have testified, unanimously, that no one except the One True God reigns and rules over the universe.

Ibn kathir tells us :

Allah bears witness, and verily, Allah is sufficient as a Witness, and He is the Most Truthful and Just Witness there is; His statement is the absolute truth,

(But Allah bears witness to that which He has sent down (the Qur'an) unto you (O Muhammad )) ﴿4:166﴾.

Allah then mentioned the testimony of His angels and those who have knowledge after he mentioned His own testimony, and the angels, and those having knowledge (also bear witness to this)). This Ayah emphasizes the great virtue of those who have knowledge.

--------------------

As we can see from the above commentators, that the witness of Allah Swt is sufficient and He is the most high and Truthful. Testifying that there is only one God by God Almighty Himself shows how true this is. If Korede thinks by God testifying means he gave Shahada, then Korede has to explain this verse taken from the Arabic Bible.

7 Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God. (Psalm 50:7)

اسْمَعْ يَا شَعْبِي فَأَتَكَلَّمَ. يَا إِسْرَائِيلُ إِنِّي أَشْهَدُ عَلَيْكَ: «أَنَا اللهُ إِلَهُكَ.

Notice how the word Shahada أَشْهَدُ in Arabic is used. Shall we conclude Yahweh took shahada?. How about this :

Samuel said to them, "The LORD is witness against you, and also his anointed is witness this day, that you have not found anything in my hand." "He is witness," they said. (1 Samuel 12:5)

Can we conclude Yahweh and his anointed gave shahada شَاهِدَيْنِ ?

The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. (Psalm 19:7)

Again the above verse in Arabic read the Shahada of Yahweh is true. Do you see the problem Korede brings to himself.

Conclusion :according to the understanding of Korede, Yahweh of the Bible took his Shahada as found in the Arabic Bible

Question for my Christian friends

What if a 1st century manuscript was discovered in Palestine, which mentioned the name Muhammed (Pbuh) as a foretold Messenger, what would your reaction be.? One cannot dismiss this , since manuscripts of the gospels are still being discovered. So theoretically dismissing, the finding of a 1st century manuscript is absurd. note this is after the manuscript was authenticated through palaeography, as an official 1st century manuscript (document).

Would you :

(a) reject the 1st century manuscript as a forge, and stick to the 3rd and 4th century manuscripts instead.?

(b) question the authenticity of gospels you have within your hands, seeking for answers.?

(c ) denounce your belief in Christianity for deceiving you to believe it was the truth, and reject the entire bible.?

(d) accept Islam as the Truth.?
